Chicago Vlog – Romantic Getaway with Lexus

Hi Guys, a couple of weekends ago we took a romantic road trip to Chicago sponsored by Lexus, and I wanted to share a few highlights with you guys in case you’ve been wanting to visit the Windy City anytime soon!!

For starters, I have to tell you we LOVED the 2021 Lexus RX 450H. High fuel efficiency, well around 30 MPG. Great safety features and luxury interiors. We loved the sporty look of this one, and felt like a race car!! Starts from $47,820.

Lexus booked us the Grand Premier King Suite at The Peninsula, a stunning luxury 5-star property in the heart of downtown Chicago. And also a couples massage at the hotel was literally a dream come true!

Within walking distance from lots of hot spots we were able to walk to different shops at the hip Rush Street and the cute little restaurants around the hotel, plus some others a bit further. The low temps didn’t stop us from exploring my favorite city in the Midwest!

Everything was opened for the most part. Some high end retailers do require an appointment, and others do have a line outside and only allow a certain number of customers at once. It didn’t bother us, it was totally doable. I do wonder if things will get a bit crazy when the weather gets nice out.

We dinned at the GT Prime, Momotaro, and had brunch at The Restoration Hardware. All amazing!
