A unique clutch was designed and created by Stephanie Hammitt to attend a local gathering with friends in Southern California. That led to friends begging her for more. Hammitt Handbags was created. With a passion for craftsmanship, customer excellence and community Hammitt LA has managed to stand out in the crowd while listening to their muses and spreading the style and quality of their handbags from their favorite local retailers all the way from the South Bay to NYC.
I’m excited to partner with Hammitt to show you two of my favorite bags and how I style them differently while showcasing their unique style.
Meet the Tony Crossbody Bag:
bag // dress (option 1 – option 2) // wedges // sunnies // watch // bracelet
The new addition to the Hammitt Handbags family is this cork and denim textured crossbody bag. I like how unique the combination of materials is. In fact, Hammitt is pretty known for the number of particular leathers and finishes on their handbags, the Tony comes in 16 different finishes!
The Tony is small enough to be a crossbody but roomy enough to carry all of our essentials. It features an exterior cell phone pocket, and fits an extra pack of batteries (Blogger life) mirror, lipstick and my wallet with plenty of room without feeling or looking too stuffed! There’s a four-way adjustable strap to change up the look as you please. I’m obsessed with the brushed gold hardware but love how they offer in silver too. There’s literally an option for everyone!
bag // shirt // jeans – option 1 – option 2 // espadrilles // belt // half crescent necklace // cross necklace // sunnies // watch
I’m pairing my Tony with two looks that are equally casual yet totally different from one another. That’s how versatile this bag is, I love pairing with denim to make it more cohesive with the texture of the bag. A denim dress, pants and shirt will do the trick or even wearing it to dress down a “too polished look”.
Next, I want to introduce you to my favorite piece, meet the Nash!
bag // dress // neck scarf // cross necklace // watch // sunnies // sandals // belt
My favorite thing about the Nash is that “she” is always looking to have a fun time! At least that’s what her creators say 🙂 but seriously, I love that it can be converted to a clutch with a wristlet strap. The Nash is small enough to be carried at night but also practical for days with the shoulder strap! My favorite is the distressed pewter leather with the red zipper and gold brushed hardware.
bag // blouse // shoes // jeans // sunnies // watch // half crescent moon necklace // cross necklace
Guys, I adore everything about this look. It can be easily converted to a 4th of July look w a pair of blue cut-offs and white slides. But I really like how laid-back and chic it is. I would definitely change the heels fr red flats for a day out running errands as well.
Dying to know which bag and look is your favorite and how do you feel about these fashion-forward little bags!
Beijos,
-K
