It’s feeling like summer and we’re just a few days from it so here I come with my season’s favorite swimsuits and a beach prep guide!
Here I want to share a few of the must-have items that help me prep for bathing suit season:
I always start the season with an at-home tanning sesh. Scrub first, you can use either a glove or a natural scrub, I like using them in combination. The Tannologist mouse and face oil are my favorites for an extended dark tan, the Loving Tan product is great for an instant color but doesn’t necessarily last.
I love the retro vibe of this suit so much I’ve worn it SO MUCH over the last couple of years! I also never want the high waist swimsuits to go away…like ever!!
The bottom has great coverage and is figure-flattering for all body types. Seamless construction comes in several color options. Wearing small.
The top is a bandeau style and offers medium coverage and support. over the shoulder and adjustable straps. Wearing size XS.
The above has no doubt been my most worn suit these last couple of years. Here’s styled with my latest fave swimsuit coverup (scroll down for my favorite coverups!)
This one gives a little less coverage while still holding up that tummy! The higher leg cut gives the impression of longer legs. The top has underwire support and back S hook closure, wearing xs.
The next one is an eco-chic number made of 100% recycled materials I love it so much I requested the cream color as well! Fits TTS, ultra-flattering waistband. They are from 100% recycled materials. Using REPREVE® – A high-quality performance fiber.
Eco Chic Nina triangle bikini top features ribbed texture fabrication and removable pads with a thick under bust band for added support. Offers wide adjustable over the shoulder straps (which I love!)
It’s no news I’m a breast cancer survivor and had reconstructive surgery. So my bikini tops have had to change to adapt to them. I’m favoring bandeaus with more coverage over my old triangle ones.
I love this suit and have it in two colors, they’re the best bang for your buck (under $25 for the set) and awesome quality! Over the shoulder top with pad inserts, high waist medium coverage bottom. Wearing size small.
This is the snakeskin I’ve worn for a couple of years as well:
The next bandeau style is a ruching top with little sleeves and ties on the back. It also has underwire support. Waring size Small.
This one was such a hit last year, Bella basically took over it and gets questions every time she wears it! It’s not linkable but available HERE!
The next one is an oldie but also a goodie! Still available in a few sizes, I love the dressier vibe of this one, perfect for a fancier pool day in a hotel or nice beach! This brand has my favorite bathing suit styles and I love all of the one-pieces they have!
Ok friends, I hope this was helpful! I’ll have more fun styles coming on my IG this summer and will make sure to add them to this guide!
Beijos and happy summer!
