Ladies,
I’ve been testing out different methods and techniques to have decent hair after a major sweat sesh at the gym (or in my case yoga in a very hot room). And I can assure you this method works for many types of hair if you can endure not washing your hair! The amount of time you can go between washes is totally up to the texture and length of your hair. Mine takes an average of 5 minutes 🙂
Let’s do this?! All you’ll need is dry shampoo, a hair drier and a round brush to fix your gym hair! Hair spray or texturizing spray also might be needed although I didn’t use it here, press play for the video!
