Easter outfit ghingham shoes

White Easter Dress

Easter is literally a few days away and I’m so ready! To kick off this Holy Week I want to celebrate the resurrection of our Christ in style and in humbleness. Wearing my Sunday’s best white eater dress AND having nothing but gratitude to show!

I love Easter for so many reasons, colorful pastels, and sweet feelings. This is the season of the purples and lilacs, and I love it. But I do understand it might not be the best color for everyone. Also, it won’t give you the same longevity as a neutral color. So I decided to style my very beloved (not to say old) LWD!! This one is at least 5 years old and I wear it EVERY spring and summer, multiple times. Now that’s something fast-fashion won’t give you!!

I’ve said it before somethings are worth the price tag, and some aren’t. A classic white dress is always an investment. This cotton one with an eyelet skirt is breathable and lightweight for summer but I have worn with tights (shame on me, that’s how old this is) and a leather jacket for fall. I would sub the tights for OTK boots nowadays!

These Guess gingham shoes have my ❤!!!! They are tall but comfy. The block heel makes it easy to walk around and the cloth doesn’t dig on my skin like some leather wrap-around ones I have. My bamboo ark bag is a dupe from the Cult Gaia original. Mine is a size large but they came in a smaller size as well!

Lastly, my friends, I want to give a shout-out to The Lemon Bar in Zionsville for allowing us to shoot there. I honestly wish I had more time to eat all of their treats!! I LOVE their fries and sauces as well as the booze-infused milkshakes – recommended by my girl Amber!! All photos are Images By Amber.

I hope you guys enjoyed this post and as always THANK YOU for all of your love and support.

I wish you a lovely Easter with your loved ones. May the sun shine and the cold stay at bay 🙂
