5 Ingredient Summer Potato Salad Recipe

Another great family favorite recipe is ready for ya! Our 5 ingredient summer potato salad!!

What you need:

I usually cook 2 lbs of red potatoes (either kind works! I just like the red ones texture best!)

5-7 haird boil eggs

15 large sliced green olives (you can put as much as you desire, just be careful when you put too much they will overpower your salad!)

1 small red onion minced

Cilantro or parsley chopped (to taste)

Summer Potato Salad


I like dressing up the salad before adding the mayo, it makes the salad more moist and with lots of taste!

Extra Virgin Olive Oil (best)

Salt + Black Pepper

Then add the Mayo (as much or as little as you’d like!)

Mix them all together and enjoy!!
