A week of elevated looks to inspire your Parisian chic this fall.

I traveled to Paris at the beginning of the month and I must admit, this city in the fall is something special. With it being fashion week, the city was at it’s peak for all things inspiration. Since this was a work trip, I made it essential each look was both practical and polished. Here’s a recap of my trip and each outfit I wore.
Things didn’t go as planned when we landed in Paris, just to find out my luggage was left behind and therefore delayed. I was so worried about my outfits, but it turned into the perfect excuse to go shopping right away. I went to Zara and ended up finding these amazing bootcut jeans and faux shearling bomber. I’m usually not a bootcut girl, but these make my legs look a mile long and have that subtle western vibe that’s been growing on me lately.
After settling in, we went straight to Ralph’s at Ralph Lauren for a late lunch. This place is one of my favorite hidden gems in Paris, which I highly recommend for both its food and aesthetics.

I started the day with a quick coffee run in this outfit, another save from Zara that was perfect for running around that morning. I was so excited for my visit to Versailles later that I had to stop by the shops for a coat to complete the look I had in mind. I found this stunning coat from The Frankie Shop in this taupe shade that fits seamlessly into my neutral palette. I paired it with this skirt from Quince and a simple Zara top, and nude sling-backs with a low heel since I knew I’d be walking a lot. To complete the look, I tied a cashmere sweater around my waist for a little cinch moment.

I can’t believe it took me seven trips to Paris to visit Versailles, finally! I’m so glad we did this because it was truly magnificent the whole way through. Our lovely guide kept the tour short and sweet so we could really spend time taking in all the beauty. Every corner was more magical than the last—no filters needed.
Before dinner, we made a quick stop at Ladurée on the Champs-Élysées for some macarons (a must every time I’m in Paris). The day ended watching the Eiffel Tower sparkle against the night sky over dinner at Girafe. No matter how many times I’ve seen it, that view will never get old.
Day three was nonstop from meetings, showrooms, pop-ups, photoshoots and of course, shopping in between. I knew it was going to be a busy day so I wanted a look that was comfortable to last all day, yet chic and professional.
I’ve been loving these Zara chino-style pants this season. With a little extra volume, they have a relaxed fit while still looking clean and tailored. I paired them with a black tank, this amazing parachute jacket (a windbreaker, too!), and pointed-toe boots. The look felt a little edgy for me but I ended up loving it.

We started the morning at Songmont for a photoshoot and showroom visit, then it was off to the RevolveSuite at the Shangri-La for more showrooms and shopping.
Just as we were leaving the store it started pouring so hard we had to run with giant bags over our heads! Luckily L’Avenue was right around the corner and it was the perfect end to the day and we got to giggle about it all night.
The fourth day ended up being one of my favorites because I got to slow down midweek and really appreciate life and beautiful connections. I couldn’t resist wearing the coat again, so I threw it on over a similar colored dress with a cashmere sweater around my shoulders.

Our day began with lunch at Perruche, one of my favorite rooftop spots in Paris. It was a beautiful sunny day, which made the views from this restaurant all the more breathtaking. So grateful for long lunches, good health, and quality conversation!
One of my missions for this trip was to find the perfect burgundy bag, and today I found it. The Loewe Flamenco bag checks all the boxes, rich color, buttery soft and fits all the essentials yet super lightweight. Love at first sight!
After four days of walking, I made a quick pit stop for some slippers and ended up finding the cutest Miu Miu loafers that I have been wearing a ton ever since. That evening, I took a break to catch up with some of my dearest friends who live here in Paris. I wore this cashmere set from Splendid with my new slippers, which were perfect for a relaxed dinner with the girls. It felt so good to slow down, sip wine, and just catch up on life.

If you asked me to list all of my favorite things to do in Paris, boating along the Seine would be one of my top picks. Today we went on a private boat tour along the river, and it was nothing short of magnificent. We booked it through a company called Nouvelle Vague, where they take you on a traditional pinasse, an elegant wooden boat from Arcachon Bay, and the only one sailing on the Seine! I recommend it to everybody because it was truly a wonderful experience. I will definitely be going back with my hunny buns! Here’s what I wore:

Later we ended the night with a Michelin-star dinner at L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon Saint-Germain. Shoutout to my brother’s boss for the recommendation because it was unforgettable!
If you’re in a pinch and only have a few minutes for an outfit change, a statement dress is the answer. I always make sure to bring a few on all my trips because it makes getting dressed for a night out super quick. This is the outfit I wore to one of our dinners:

Our final day in Paris consisted of a long lunch (by this point it had become tradition) and last-minute shopping at Galeries Lafayette, which is always a must when visiting. I also wanted to share this toasty makeup look I wore a ton while there, using travel must-haves only!

After a busy week in Paris I just wanted to be comfortable yet still polished on my last day. I was inspired by the monochrome trend I’d been spotting all week and had to give my take. I was feeling creative and came up with this look that turned out to be one of my favorites from the whole trip, I even got compliments while out and about!

The girls and I had a long lunch reflecting on our trip and soaking up our last moments in the city of love (and fashion). I always love my time in Paris but excited to go home and back to my routine. Au revoir Pari!
