Today I’m partnering with Tamara Mellon to show you a couple of looks styling their most gorgeous Icon Knee-High Boot in Stone Nappa. It’s made with the softest creamy leather (they have a suede version as well). Deets: 4.13″ leather-covered heel. Soft Nappa leather. Leather lining and leather single sole. Handcrafted in Italy. You can change the look by slouching down all the way, just a bit of pulling all the way up to a knee-high length.
I’ve been loving Tamara Mellon’s shoes since I heard about them this past summer. I wore the Reverse Frontline sandal on my birthday HERE and the Belle in Vitello to NYFW HERE! Now, I’m ecstatic to get my hands into their stunning soft and slouchy boots for fall/winter!
I love to wear them with sweater dresses, flowy mini skirts, mini suede skirts, and blazer dresses. I like to keep the colors monotone for a chic touch but they are so neutral they go with absolutely any color you can think of!
Going Monochromatic for this basic street style look. The Icon Knee-High Boot pairs incredibly with skinny jeans. I wore it with white and black faded jeans before, but the greys just melt together so beautifully! The secret to this look is to layer all shades of grey, without trying to match them. That way you can still spot the textures and shapes of each piece.
I wanted to show you the Iconic High Knee Boot one more way: slouched all the way. And how you can incorporate it with the latest fall trends: silky midi skirts and plaid blazers. This reminds of a lot of European Streets, very ladylike and work appropriate. Thoughts??
Do you have a favorite? I’d love to see know which one it is!
**Special thanks to Tamara Mellon for sponsoring this post. Styling, review, and opinions are all mine and honest, as always!
