My Every Day Winter Fashion Essentials

Hi, friends! The temps have really dropped here in Indy and it’s starting to feel like winter! I had to break out the winter wardrobe last week and of course, pick up a few new essentials from Nordstrom. By now, you guys know that Nordstrom is one of my top one-stop-shops and right now they have the best outerwear options along with winter accessories. Since it is the holiday season, I did treat myself to a couple of investment pieces that I’m really excited to share with you guys! You can check them out below!

Cold Weather Chic

A nice, warm puffer jacket is a must for me during the winter season and this one by Moncler is SO good! I’ve had my eye on this jacket for a while now and it’s definitely a splurge but so worth it, in my opinion! I know I’ll be wearing it a ton for years to come. The quality is top notch and it’s a classic that will never go out of style. My other Christmas gift to myself this year is this YSL handbag and, you guys, I am in love! It’s another timeless piece that I know I’ll have forever. It fits all of my essentials (phone, wallet, keys, lip gloss) and looks so chic with any outfit. It’s another splurge but if you’re looking to treat yourself this season, I highly recommend this bag!

Travel Fit

Here I’ve styled the coat and bag for a more sporty chic look! I actually just wore this outfit for one of my travel days and I was so warm and comfy all day long! These sweatpants are a new favorite – I love the way they cinch in at the waist but have the perfect oversized fit in the leg. They’re perfect to lounge around in or wear out!
