This is another episode of “Healthy Eats” featuring one more favorite dish. A Brazilian homemade açaí bowl we love so much and eat at least twice a week. It can be enjoyed as breakfast, as an afternoon pick me up or a healthy dessert.
You can get as creative as you wish with the toppings, I usually use half of the ones I featured on the video and stay in the healthy side of things.
