Last week we all celebrated summer with the #LTKDay sale, I hope this post was helpful to guide you in regards to how to shop my Instagram feed and all that. Today I’m bringing you all the cute summer outfit ideas for 2019 aka my favorite outfits from the LTK Day. Everything from my affordable shorts to my favorite tee to the cutest fun tops the season is calling for.
Shall we start with the yellow top everyone was asking me about on Instagram? This cute number is an Urban Outfitters exclusive item. It’s made from lightweight rayon with a tiered ruffle babydoll hem. Fitted at the bust with a smocked panel at the back + topped with spaghetti straps at the square neckline. Comes in black, cream, blue check and pick check. Fits TTS.
The jeans are old Levi’s 501’s that I chopped the hem and busted the knee myself (see a tutorial here). But they look and fit almost identically to these wedgies ( I have the wedgies too in a different color and the fit is super similar). It’s a button fly, high waist and cropped leg. If in between sizes go up a size.
My jewelry is from different places. The cross necklace never leaves my neck (even when I go tanning), the little star necklace is Meghan Bo from Vici (you can always use code KARINA20) to get 20% off your order at Vici. The small crescent necklace is Miranda Frye and you can use code KARINA to get 10% off plus free US shipping on orders over $50. My all-time favorite crescent long necklace is one of my best selling items!
Next look features another best selling top (now 50% off!!). This eyelet babydoll cropped top features a lightweight cotton fabric with embroidered eyelet detailing in a babydoll fit. Trimmed with self-tie shoulder straps at the ruffled neckline + partial button-down placket.
This is the close up of the top. Jewelry is the same as the previous outfit!
The shorts are the classic Abercrombie high rise in a rigid, 100% cotton fabric and a medium wash. Destroyed details and zipper fly. Wearing a size 26 on them, I could go down to a 25 to be honest but love the looser feel.
The next look is so chic yet comfy. Totally my kind of an elevated everyday look. The crochet cropped sweater (now on sale also!) is built from unlined, partially-open crochet knit. Cut in a relaxed, pullover silhouette with thick shoulder straps at the crew neck + complete with a sporty racerback and cropped hem. I went up a size (to a small) so I could tuck in my high rise bottoms. Comes in two other color combinations that are so cute! Wear it w a bralette or a nude plain bra. The paper bag waist white shorts are Vici (use code KARINA20 to get a discount). The crochet top is now on sale
On this look, I switched the necklaces a bit and added this cute Saint Christopher little chain necklace.
For my last look, I wanted to show this awesome butterfly crew neck tee I now officially share with Bella. I first saw it at my friend Stephanie Jolly Instagram (she has the best selection of graphic tees!) and I have worn it at least twice a week ever since I got it! Made from soft cotton fabric. In a slim-cut, casual fit. Topped with a banded crew-neck + short sleeves. Finished with graphics at the front. Wearing size small.
These GRLFRND shorts are on the pricier side but I’m 100% obsessed and have to admit I haven’t worn my Abercrombie ones as much since getting these. The brand is true to the iconic Supermodels of the 90s, GRLFRND denim pushes the limits of basics to a new level of cool. Inspired by the Cindy’s and Naomi’s of the world, the line is sleek with an edge and always concerned with a flawless fit. Fits TTS, I went up a size and regret it because they would be perfect a little worn out.
Hope these ideas were fun! I’ll be bringing a Chicago outfit roundup pretty soon, stay tuned!
