Skincare is a pretty big subject here at Karina Style Diaries. That’s mainly because when we reach a certain age, our priorities change a bit. Then things happen in our lives (like not so happy diagnostics) and we then switch the priorities once again. Bottom line is, it’s important to re-visit our ways and our priorities from time to time. We evolve, we mature and so should our surroundings. I have recently made the switch to clean beauty.

It’s been something in my mind since I started seeing a functional doctor and when the opportunity presented itself, I knew it was meant to be. And today I want to walk you through my Beautycounter skincare routine!

My Beautycounter Skincare Routine

The reason why I joined it is beacuse I believe in their products and in their mission: To get safer products into the hands of everyone. And since I’m using them and slowlly switching everything I have to Beautycounter, I might as well be one of the paths to bring the good news to you!

That being said I have to say there’s a lot of new and emerging brands in the market bringing safe products to the general public, and that makes me SO HAPPY! I have never beein brand loyal and I don’t intent to start now. I have my two Melasma Treatments I incorporated to my routine and I intend on keeping using them, however I am making the big switch to what I consider is most important and I haven’t found a compatible product to.

If you have questions or concearns about the products you’re using, check the Skin Deep website (they also have an app!). You can type or scan your product and they give you a score. I can go over more about this in a video if you’d like! But Beautycounter is a verified brand, meaning we can fully trust (they are not associated by the way!).

And like I mentioned, there’s a lot of great products tested and approved that are from various brands. After doing a little bit of homework, you’ll be able to familiarize yourself with clean and safe brabds and will be able to make an educated decision!

• NIGHT ROUTINE:
