Oversized Sweater + The Best (affordable) OTK Boots

Can’t stop won’t stop!! Well maybe I will give you guys a break from the girlish cuteness but only after this! Haha!! So, if you like the idea of the oversized sweaters but you’re worried about being too cold to wear them alone (after all most of these won’t fit under our jackets) I wanted to show you one I found to be as warm as a jacket, with bonus points for being soft to the touch and against skin plus some extra cuteness!  This Goodnight Macaroon  hand-knit giant oversized pompom cutie just won my heart! It’s toasty and kept me warm layered with a thin tee to run errands outdoors in this super chilly day here in Indy.

Because this baby is super chunky I like pairing with skinny bottoms, think jeans (I’m wearing a white number but light blue washes will keep the girliness while darker washes will make it a bit more sophisticated) to go to school or run errands. A tapered pair of pants or a pencil skirt will take you to the office. Dress it down with a tee or up with a silk blouse. The possibilities are endless and all of them perfectly adorable! Haha!!

Talking about OTK boots, I’ve been reading some posts lately about Love x Hate OTK boots. I personally have never found a pair I could afford that looked great in my legs. I’ve tried on a few that looked more like a slouchy boot (which I definitely don’t care for) and I’ve also tried on the high-end beauties that look stunning but I simply can’t drop a few hundreds of dollars on. To my contentment I finally found a pair I could not only afford but that it looks and fits great. I just can’t get enough of this pair! I ordered myself the Marlo Boots (camel color) first and it was love at first wear, so much so that when a collab with GoodNight Macaroon came about I quickly asked for the Carina (gray)ones. Huge thumbs up for these whether you have skinny legs or chunkier ones it hugs them perfectly staying up the whole time.
