Floral Long Sleeve Dresses for Fall

Indy has gotten a taste for fall a bit sooner this time and it got me all excited for my fave season of the year! Lots of great things coming for fall and I'm super excited to share them....when time comes to do so :) Meanwhile I thought I'd throw a few great long sleeve dresses that will help you transition smoothly from summer into fall. What I love about these is that we can wear them with heels or sandals in the warm weather or throw a pair of cute ankle/cowboy booties for colder temps. And who doesn't love that??      I love to incorporate camel in any white pieces and thought the earthly color on these prints were the perfect pairing for the camel accessories. Valentine’s Day Outfit Ideas + Makeup!

Yet another valentines my friends and wether you'll be celebrating with your date or a handful of friends I'm sure you want to look gorge and that's why I wanted to give ideas for looks, and makeup! For starters I shopped my closet for these looks (believe it or not)! I'm learning to be less wasteful and more frugal (man it's hard), but at the end of the day it makes me happy and little bit proud to be able to pull off some fabulous things from my closet even though they are a little old (hey, who said that old is bad? Best wines are the oldest ones, and how about that soft leather chair? The older the softer....ok, that's me trying to convince myself that not shopping for new outfits is a great…

New Year Resolutions – Why I do them and how I stick to them!

Hello my friends and happy 2016! A brand New Year has started and I entered this with new hopes, new dreams and new ways to pursue them! Today I'd like to share with you some insights I've had during my fasting season and I put together a video for you talking about why I think it's important to have New Year Resolutions. Some might argue that NYR are worthless and over 90% of the people who made them have already given up from them (even though it's still January!). I will ask you, how about the remaining 10%? I want to be a part of the greatest 10% that want to make changes and work on them even when challenges arise, life has a whole lot of setbacks, we just need to be able to get…

Friday & Fringe

We are not sick of it yet, or I should really speak for myself! I'm NOT sick of the fringe movement yet my friends and just in time for Friday night lights this post should inspire you to dress up or dress fun and shake that boooteee! For your special someone obviously (don't go shaking around to just anybody!!!) Hehehe. Fringe adds that certain "je ne sais quoi" to any look. If the skirt is too much try a fringe clutch or a fringe belt that you can add to a dress or so. For the shy gals a fringe strap on your shoe will also do it :) instant cuteness!!! Here you'll find a few options (please don't wear it all together!!) They are meant to be worn alone as the statement piece…

Kiwis, Apples & Limes….Cheers!

The big print on my pants raised different opinions and of course guesses on what kind of fruit that was! I see kiwis but some of my friends saw apples and even limes....some might have thought I was a walking live margarita :D hum I would like that!!! Regardless of what kind of fruit is actually printed on the pants I love them and have worn only once since I bought them last year at Zara Chicago. Fringe Mania

Lets talk spring trends for a minute, well maybe I should say lets talk about THE spring 2015 trend: FRINGE!!!Fringe is being incorporated everywhere, from handbags, to jackets, dresses, skirts, shoes and lots of other fashion accessories. I honestly thing it's too much when paired together put can't deny it's a huge statement piece in any wardrobe. I recently invested in a fringed skirt (my good bye gift from BCBG!) and boy I'll tell you, it turns heads my friends...all the time!!! If you don't want to take center stage I recommend you stick with fringe in any accessories that are a little more discreet. But if you are up for attention the flow of this skirt is nothing but flawless, it moves like you're dancing, such a treat for the eyes!!! Here's the look;Bcbg…

Once Upon a Time…

There was a sweet little blush tee with teeny tiny sparkles and I simply felt in love....that was about 12 years ago, when I arrived to the States! I was completely broke and that little tee was a total splurge. For starters it was from Express and I could only afford Old Navy and Fashion Cents, well regardless I can honestly say it was a major hit, at least for me. The tee still exists and I still rock it, it's neutral and basic yet adds that much charm to my outfits! Here are two looks I wore recently wearing this cutie :) (more…)

Coralina – The Monochromatic Fever!

Hey guys, so even though I haven't posted my Spring Trend Report just yet, I've been studying it everyday. From the street styles to the runway crazes my favorite so far is the monochromatic looks that have been spotted everywhere in Europe and fashionistas all over the world. Inspired by such trend I put together this Coral/Orange/Tangerine (call it whatever you'd like!) look. The main idea is to gather pieces of the same color group and work them together     The pant is a deeper orange than the cardigan which goes more to a pastel hue but they're both orange. I happened to have a belt with the same color of the cardi but if you don't, not to stress, use a complimentary color, blue in the case of orange and it will…
