Did I tell you about my latest denim obsession? Parker Smith Jeans it is. And to light up our gloomy winter days, I decided to take you around the hip Broad Ripple area in Indy to show you my favorite hangout spots while wearing my favorite Parker Smith Jeans!
First stop The Garden Table. They have a gorgeous location downtown but I also love this smaller, more rustic version in BR. It’s just as popping with a cool crowd! If you love fresh produce, health-conscious and delish gourmet brunch foods you’ll definitely love this place. Not to mention some of the best cold-pressed juices in town! I’m all for their avocado toast with topped with an egg and the Hoosier Heater juice is my all-time favorite!!

I honestly go back and forth when it comes to what I wear to brunch. My usual go-to is jeans and a girly top or in this case an edgy oversized sweater. What’s your take?
While in the neighborhood you might as well walk around and explore the area. BR is full of alleys and hipsters as well as quaint little shops and eateries. I love having lunch at Petit Chou Bistro & Champagne bar, and the Blackberry Wheat beer brewed in-house at the 3 Wise Men Brewery is a popular one and my personal pick!

Another local favorite is the Indy Cd & Vinyl Store. I only saw this many records together in Nashville! It totally brought back memories from my 80’s childhood: where I’d dance in front of the TV – that used to reflect – and would yell at my mom to turn the record to the side B whenever side A was done! Anyone else lived through that?! Sweet times I must say….

My favorite dessert shop has got to be the Cake Bake Shop. I hadn’t been there in a while so I was so pleasantly surprised with their new decor. I mean it was super cute and French from the beginning but now it’s like a mini-fantasy world!!!! Must-go if you like delicious cakes and desserts!!

It was close to Valentine’s day when Amber and I visited the shop hence heart-shaped macs and this delish raspberry champagne cake. But honestly I’ve been planning another visit to have the coconut cream cake. Yum!!! Also this cute cocktail is a virgin one. I love that they have the option of having that. It makes super family friendly!
